Where would I be?

Salam all.

I am having presentation for my final project tomorrow. I'm taking a break from the preparation right now. I checked my email account and received an email from Pravs World. It makes me think and realise about life.

WHERE WOULD I BE?

Sometimes I wonder if its all worth while, if I’ll ever make it.

Sometimes I think that my dreams won’t ever come true.

With everyday that passes, I know there is another clue.

Sometimes things are right under my nose, And all I had to do is look.

Sometimes all I want is to save a rose, And then just go on with my life.

Sometimes I wonder why life takes such unexpected turns,

Then I realize, this is my life.

If I had not taken these trails,

Where would I be?

KUALA LUMPUR WITH MY DAD

Kuala Lumpur, kaka jajah's second home. hehehe... my father and i went there on 28/11/08. Bapa ada seminar di sana so he brought me along to accompany him. On the first day, bapa went to the seminar at 7.30 in the morning. so he left me at the hotel. I had breakfast and went shopping alone! then, by 6p.m we had our dinner arah the food junction(you know where it is, right kaka jajah?)


we visited Nini Khalid, Nini U, Mak Cik Zah and Pak Cik Haji Hussein the next day. Mudahan dapat jumpa lagi nanti, semoga semua panjang umur dan badan sihat. After that, we went to time square.

Then, on the last day, we bought souveniers for babu, auntie and Badiah then kami balik.

On Friday, 12th. December, 2008. We decided to enjoy AMBUYAT!!!

The preparation

It was Jajah's first attempt 'menumpah ambuyat' AND it was ofcourseeee!! A SUCCESS!! Turun skill dari Ayahanda eyh.. :D

Our Main Course for that night

Cacahnya experiment (buat ala2 UK) sendiri. Blended together - Lada hidup, Mangga, Limau nipis, Gula, Garam - Sebenarnya buleh lah.. 7/10.. ganya bitter because we did'nt have limau kasturi so we masukkan limau nipis.. jadi pahit lah kulitnya terasa..tapi nyaman lah! Ada Udang Rebus Jua!!

Aidiladha

Salam all.

We celebrated hari raya aidiladha last Monday, 8th Dec. It was small but happening occasion. There was takbir by the guys. Thanks to Ka Nona n Seri for hosting.

Preparation for the function

Sharon n I den went to our frens place for the same celebration. It was a new experience to celebrate eid with the Lebanese and the Arabs. As everyone knows, they celebrate aidiladha like we celebrate aidilfitri. Like us, we have takbir then visit each other and play hari raya songs. They put on musics as well, from Arab to Spanish to English and they dance. I like it when they did Arabian dance. It's good to know how different cultures celebrate the same thing.

It was snowing heavily last night. Bob called and told they were outside. So we went to bob's place and had snowball fight!!

Balum tah lagi hancur2nya ais atu dari dimalam. It seems like the temperature doesnt change much. The lowest was -4 degree n it was freaking cold! I dont like it. I miss the warm weather a lot!

My first snow since we arrived here was actually before the Edinburgh trip. It was early in the morning around 8am on Friday. We took few shots outside the house before we left for Uni. Sajukkkkkkkkkkkkk.

Snow cones anyone? .... Snowman? Maybe next time.
