Hola! We missed eating Paella, the famous rice in Spain. Mimah found Paella pan during her trip to Stafford and brought it to Newcastle. After so many weeks, we finally had Paella last friday. Actually we wanted to make black paella but unfortunately squid is now out of the season and this means no fresh squid thus no squid ink. So we made original paella. Bought the main ingredients from Tesco and the rest from Tsang, shared among 5. It took us abt 3 hours to prepare! Very long time but worth it.
