One evening, I excitedly followed what my mind told me to...which is to....

EXPERIMENT COOKING DRY BUTTER EGG

The first one was Dry Butter Pak Choi. It was'nt very successful. But I manage to get the crispy crunchy structure and it taste gooodd! :P My 2nd attempt was Dry Butter Egg Fish Fingers. Here are the pictures~ nyumm nyumm..
