We were craving for dimsum since last year! Now that we have a steamer in the house, we can make steamed food. So I googled for dimsum recipe and found Simple Shu Mai recipe and we made our own Seaweed Dimsum . Jeng jeng jeng! DIMSUM for dinner, finally! First dimsum for 2009 is homemade! And we made egg tart as dessert.

Wow, seaweed dimsum! I've never tried that. I thought the recipe was somewhere in here :-) Is it easy to make? I do my own cooking at home but have always been scared to try making my own dimsum.
